Rob founded the Dulwich Group in 2011 with an ambition for it becoming a leading global executive search firm dedicated to the strategy and professional services industries. Since its inception, the Dulwich Group has gone on to become a recognised name in the market for strategic talent. Rob also spearheaded the firm’s expansion into corporate functions and board search. He developed his expertise through his earlier career in board and executive search in London and Amsterdam.

James brings over twenty years’ experience in financial services recruitment and executive search, underpinned by an early career in stockbroking and banking. He has advised a diverse client base ranging from single-family offices to global investment managers, helping organisations secure senior talent to deliver ambitious growth strategies. Known for his commercial insight and collaborative approach, James is passionate about partnering with innovative firms that challenge convention and shape the industry.
